Refund & Return Policy
Hello and thank you for shopping at Kratom Monkey. We are absolutely delighted that you have chosen us to meet all your kratom needs. We want you to feel fully confident before trying our products, which is why we offer a 45-day money-back guaranteeto to anyone who is not satisfied with their order.
How to Initiate Returns or Exchanges
Email us at email@example.com, and include:
1. Name and order number
2. Clear photos of the product
3. Specify the issue
4. Whether you want a refund or exchange
Upon instruction, kindly send back the product with at least 3/4 of the content still inside, in its original packaging, and untampered. The customer is responsible for the return label, unless the error is caused by us (wrong or damaged product). No restocking fee is charged.
The refund is issued upon the arrival of the product at the warehouse, and usually takes 5-10 business days to be deposited back into the same account that was initially charged. Meanwhile, for product exchanges, we will ship the replacement product once the item arrives at the warehouse.
- Kratom Monkey reserves the right to deny return requests from anyone who we believe is taking advantage of the customer guarantee by requesting an unusually large amount of refunds.
In the event that a customer refuses a delivery without a valid reason or the agreement between customer and us, customers will be responsible for either a restocking fee (20% of purchase price) or the shipping cost, whichever is greater, for refused deliveries.
- Kratom Monkey is in no way obligated to return or exchange packages which have been sent to the warehouse without notice. We kindly ask that all exchanges and refunds be initiated by first contacting our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Contacting our customer service team after the 45 day period will result in Kratom Monkey's denail of an exchange or refund, even if the product is damaged or defected. We reserve the right to make exceptions.
Fraud & Chargebacks
Please contact our customer support team if you have any issues regarding your order, and we'll be happy to make things right. We take chargebacks very seriously, and if need-be, will disable your purchase ability and/or take legal action.
