Shipping Policy

At Kratom Monkey we understand how important kratom is to you. I, the founder of the company, use kratom quite frequently. Therefore, we offer multiple shipping options with various delivery times. If time is not of the essence, you can choose free USPS shipping, because any money saved is a good thing during these tough times.

Order Schedule

Orders placed by 2 pm MT will be shipped the same day. Unless hectic days, we can extend to ship the same day until 3pm MT only for UPS service. However, we do not guarantee for this special cut-off extention.

Business days are from Mon-Fri. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Replacements

We cannot replace any undelivered packages until at least 10 business days have passed.

We do not guarantee that we will be able to help with requests to exchange products that have been purchased by consumers due to personal errors. Please ensure that you have selected the desired product.

**Please keep in mind that weather conditions and holidays may significantly affect delivery times. Please contact UPS or USPS if you have questions regarding these matters.

We do not ship internationally.

USPS Ground Free Shipping

Free USPS shipping includes First Class shipping, which usually takes up to 2 days to process and 3-5 business days to get delivered. However, it's not at all unusual for USPS to prolong the delivery date (up to 15 business days) especially during holidays or, in certain cases, fail to update the tracking number.

UPS Ground

UPS has proven to be the most reliable carrier. Thus, we highly suggest this option. Their ground shipping delivers packages in 3-5 business days.

UPS 2-3 Day Air

As the name suggests, UPS 2-3 Day Air will have your package delivered in 2-3 business days.

UPS Next Day Air

In a rush? Get your kratom delivered within 24 hours with UPS Next Day Air. Just make sure to place your order on weekdays before 2pm MT.

Unfortunately, due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship kratom products to the following six states:
