Natures Cure Kratom Brand Review [2023 Update]

I am not convinced that Natures Cure Kratom is the best name for a kratom vendor. It invites a healthy dose of skepticism in an already untrusting community. But that does not mean this brand is not selling high-quality kratom, so let’s not make any prejudgements.

This vendor review will give Natures Cure Kratom a fair shake. Keep reading for an honest breakdown of the company’s kratom products, transparency, credibility, and prices. I use the same approach with every vendor - it is the only way to get a true, all-round perspective.

Let’s start with a general overview of Natures Cure Kratom. 

Natures Cure Kratom (NCK) is a US-based supplier and distributor of kratom products. The company is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and sources Mitragyna speciosa (kratom) from an independent plantation located in West Borneo, Indonesia.

NCK believes in quality and customer service and only works with 100% organic and raw kratom leaves. The vendor adopts a ‘made to order’ approach to ensure the kratom reaches the U.S. in as fresh condition as possible. Some stores sell kratom that has been lying around for months!

According to the NCK About Us page, the brand has more than 10,000 customers, which is impressive. Their ‘high volume, low price’ strategy lends itself to developing long-term relationships with customers who come back time and again.

NCK accepts credit card payments, which is not something that every kratom vendor offers. The company’s website is third-party certified by TrustSite, which confirms NCK’s 100% issue-free order record.

As of July 2023, kratom powder and capsules are the only Mitragyna speciosa products for sale at NCK. I note that the vendor has a small hemp-derived CBD collection, but these products are not relevant to this review.

Here’s what you need to know about NCK’s kratom products. All prices listed were accurate at the time of writing (July 2023). 

When I checked, NCK only had 13 kratom powder strains for sale - but the collection was varied and eye-catching. With its mix of yellow, white, red, and green vein powders, I sense the vendor is keen to offer a full spectrum of kratom experiences.

NCK’s organic kratom powder is organic, all-natural, fresh, lab-tested, and finely ground. A smooth texture and flour-like consistency are what we are looking for from plain-leaf kratom powder. And it appears that this vendor delivers it.

Interestingly, NCK goes into substantial depth about the effects associated with different strains. This is welcome as some companies don’t provide any information, which makes shopping difficult for everyone, not only kratom first-timers.

Kratom capsules lack the versatility of kratom powder and are considerably more expensive. However, the ease of use and flavor-free nature makes them wildly popular nonetheless. And NCK caters to capsule lovers with a dozen high-quality strains.

And like with the powder, NCK stocks various kratom capsule vein colors. White Maeng Da and White Thai sound ideal for an energizing session, while Red Bali and Red Borneo could be perfect for chilling and recharging after a tough day. The beauty of kratom is in its variety.

The vendor markets its capsules as XL size, an accurate assessment given that each cap contains 750mg of kratom powder. I scanned the product pages and FAQs but found nothing on whether NCK uses veggie or gelatin capsules. I guess their customer service team will know.

The Natures Cure name might put some people off, but NCK has the vibe of a legit kratom brand. I am referring to their third-party testing commitment and refund policy.

The website has a page for ‘Current Lab Tests’ and screenshots of various third-party certificates of analysis (COAs). Each report has a thorough alkaloid breakdown, as well as data on heavy metals, microbials, and other impurities.

NCK updates the page relatively regularly, although the most recent COAs were uploaded in late 2022. Posting fresh results every couple of months would help make them even more transparent.

NCK’s About Us page states they offer a “100% guarantee of both quality and delivery.” And the refund policy is proof that the vendor takes customer service seriously. I say that because, unlike many kratom shops, NCK allows you to send back opened products for a refund.

As of July 2023, customers can return kratom products if they are “not satisfied with the quality.” The refund is based on the percentage of the product remaining. NCK says it will provide a full refund if only a small amount is missing. This is as good a refund policy as you will see.

The American Kratom Association (AKA) does not consider NCK a GMP-qualified vendor. Brands with this recognition have demonstrated stellar manufacturing standards. While not vital, working to become accredited would improve NCK’s reputation.

I applaud NCK for posting third-party verified customer reviews from YotPo. Most kratom vendors don’t go to this trouble, so you cannot read too much into the reviews. But NCK’s 4.5/5 rating from over 430 reviews has genuine merit and is an admirable achievement.

There were a few posts about NCK on Reddit, with several Redditors reporting to have placed orders or received free samples.

In 2022, u/butmaaaaaaam reviewed a few NCK strains on r/Vendorsofkratom. They described the Super Green Malay strain as “very smooth”. The vendor’s White Thai sample also went down well and was labeled as energetic and euphoric.

Redditor u/swimandfriends posted about NCK on r/smallbatchkratom in 2022. They obtained a Green Malay sample from the vendor and found it gave them a mood boost, energy, and focus, without making them jittery. Other users talked of good experiences with NCK’s Red Borneo.

I did not find too many Reddit threads discussing the vendor, but what I did see followed the same theme. Several NCK strains have garnered praise, as has the general product freshness and high-quality packaging used. Each positive review has put me more at ease about NCK. 

I am impressed that NCK can offer one kilogram of third-party tested kratom powder for $85 or less. This is superb value and it makes $10 for a 25-gram powder pouch seem quite expensive. But that is the vendor’s ‘high volume, low price’ strategy coming to fruition.

NCK’s kratom capsules are also acceptably priced, especially if purchased in big packages. A 1000-capsule bag (750g total powder) will set you back $135. All brands charge a premium for kratom capsules, but NCK has managed to keep things affordable.

And price-wise, what you see is what you get. Orders from NCK come with free USPS Priority Mail shipping included. Some low-cost vendors sting you with steep shipping fees at the checkout. I am glad this is not the case with NCK.

Overall, based on the prices and this vendor’s reputation among customers, I think NCK’s kratom products are worth the money.

Natures Cure Kratom exceeded my expectations. My initial skepticism disappeared after seeing the vendor’s third-party testing credentials and the hundreds of positive reviews. Natures Cure Kratom is both affordable and legit, a combination sorely lacking in today’s kratom scene.
