PIB’s hand-crafted Chewables and Shots are formulated in a laboratory by a professional chemist. The company understands the demand for pure and potent botanical products, hence why they work with free base extract and never use nasty chemicals.

PIB has a well-made website, and the vendor’s comments on quality and transparency are encouraging. I like that they aim for quality over quantity. Focusing on two or three products is often better than stocking everything.

The PIB website has a Lab Results page that links to a Zoho External folder with PDF documents of third-party reports. When I checked, the folder contained certificates of analysis (COAs) for PIB’s Green, Red, and White Maeng Da strains. Cambium Analytica, a Michigan-based laboratory, carried out the testing, which examined alkaloid content and kratom purity.

I found this confusing. While PIB makes Chewables and Shots with Maeng Da strains, I could not locate any kratom powder in their store. I would prefer to read the COAs of finished products. Perhaps PIB’s kratom powder is only available to wholesale customers, but I’m not sure.

PIB is not certified by the American Kratom Association (AKA). The advocacy group has a list of GMP-qualified vendors proven to uphold GMP standards under independent audit. This covers stuff like manufacturing and processing standards. AKA accreditation is excellent to have, but it isn't critical. Sure, companies want the seal of approval, but it is less important than third-party lab results for products.

I must praise PIB’s refund policy. Some vendors talk about a customer satisfaction guarantee but fail to deliver. However, PIB stays true to its word. They allow returns for a refund or exchange if you have consumed less than half of the product. This is super generous. Many companies have a clause to make opened products ineligible for refunds. And even those that let you send back a product you have tried rarely set the limit so high. So, kudos to PIB for this.

Redditor u/cpL-Incident-Loud reviewed PIB’s Silver Chewable Kratom Tablets on r/KratomExtractReview in late 2022. They described them as “absolutely amazing” and marveled at their potency. They had a little moan about the price but gave them a 9.8/10 rating. In the comment section, u/Ok_Way8869 said the vendor’s Gold Extract was “decent.” 

I cannot credibly pass judgment on PIB’s brand reputation. There hasn’t been enough discussion about the brand from independent voices.

PIB stocks products you will struggle to find elsewhere. So, if a kratom and kava (or blue lotus) combo is what you want, this vendor does offer value for money. Otherwise, people seemed to find their stuff expensive. You must spend $200 or more for free shipping from PIB. That is a high threshold, but regular consumers of the brand’s Chewables or Shots might reach it.

There are more affordable vendors than PIB as far as the pure kratom products go. But if the quality is there, the prices aren’t ridiculously expensive. I will reserve my “value for money” thoughts until I see more product reviews for PIB’s Kratom Chewables and Shots.

I applaud Pure Infinity Botanicals for having a unique kratom collection - the blended chewable tablets are a stroke of genius. Areas for improvement include posting more third-party COAs and getting AKA accreditation. Even so, this is already a solid kratom vendor on an upward trajectory.
