Sunda kratom is as legal as every other Mitragyna speciosa product sold in the United States. Federally, it’s 100% legal. But things get trickier when considering state, city, county, and even town laws across the country.

Kratom (or its alkaloids) is prohibited in six states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

Anyway, gas stations and convenience stores are the worst places to get kratom from. But you must still decide between online kratom vendors and brick-and-mortar kratom shops.
