Green Sumatra Kratom Review: Effects & Usage Guide

Green Sumatra is very popular among kratom enthusiasts. I highly suggest using Green Sumatra during the day, as taking it late in the evening can prevent you from falling asleep.

Kratom is offered in four color categories, including: 

1. Yellow

2. Red

3. Green

4. White

Each color offers roughly the same effects, and usually only differ with regard to potency. For example, Green Sumatra offers the same benefits as Green Maeng Da. However, Green Maeng Da is much more potent. 

The name of each strain is usually provided based on the location where it was founded. Therefore, we know that Green Sumatra was created on the island of Sumatra. 

However, I can also taste the earthy undertones. Many claim Green Sumatra tastes like matcha, and I have to completely agree. 

Even though kratom powder is very fine, the texture seems to be equally as difficult for some people to tolerate as the taste. The powder is not cyrstallized like salt or sugar, it's much softer and more fine. 

There are two reasons why I have experienced side effects: 

The results are usually: 

1. Dry Mouth 

2. Constipation

As you can imagine the solution is to drink more water! Hence, I drank 3-4 cups of water as fast as possible to rehydrate my body. 

However, it took 30-60 minutes for the side effects to reverse. 

If you accidentally or intentionally take large amounts of Green Sumatra, the outcome may be: 

1. Nausea 

2. Vomit

I've never experienced kratom induced vomiting. However, I can't say the same about nausea. It is VERY uncomfortable. I can boldly claim it's the worst nausea I've ever felt. 

Vomiting occurs when the nausea is extremely severe. Unfortunately, there is nothing I have found that can mitigate these side effects. 

Fortunately, neither the dehydration induced side effects, nasuea, or vomiting are lethal. They just happen to be the most common, and they go away on their own within an hour or two. 

Therefore, take a look at the table below to get a good understanding of where to start. 

Just keep in mind that you shouldn't take Green Sumatra twice in the same day, as doing so is very likely to produce side effects. 

For example, tea produces much faster results when compared to capsules.

Tea kicks in the fastest, in as quickly as 5 minutes. However, it's highly inconvenient, which is why it's my least favorite way of taking Green Sumatra. 

If you decide to prepare tea, make sure to never boil Green Sumatra, as doing so will destroy the alkaloids and reduce the potency.

The toss and wash is my favorite way of using Green Sumatra, as it produces fast and potent results. 

The toss and wash consists of taking a spoonful of powder in your mouth, swirling it around with water, and gulping it down. The taste and texture is too much for some people to bear, but if you can tolerate it, the results are worth it.

Therefore, the worst places to store Green Sumatra kratom include: 

• Sinks

• Bathrooms

• Ovens

• Chimneys

• Heaters

• Stoves

• Window sills

• Cars

Exposure to the elements for long periods will result in the destruction of Green Sumatra's alkaloid content. Thus, reducing the potency. 

Therefore, the best places for storing Green Sumatra include: 

• Closets

• Pantries

• Drawers

Fortunately, there is a simple solution. You have to rotate between at least 2 strains. 

The strains don't have to be similar, but since you're probably interested in obtaining the same effects, I've shared two very identical strains to Green Sumatra down below. 

States and local governments have the right to take further action, and many have. In certain cases, a county or city will outlaw kratom regardlress, of state law. 

The following six states have banned the use, possession, and distribution of kratom.

3. Vermont

4. Rhode Island

5. Indiana

6. Wisconsin

Therefore, lab tests provide you, the customer, with the opportunity to compare the potency between various vendors.

The better than guarantee, the more confident the vendor.
